Jer.31:16-17 (KJV):
Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border.

Job 14:7-8 (KJV):
For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.
Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground;
Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.

Prayer:

Lord,

Thank You for this reminder that there is hope in my end regardless of the realities of today. Be it unto me according to Your words in Jesus’ name. Amen.
